More deathrun abuse

Around 12-1 am on the deathrun server, VivaLaVida joined and began harassing me and calling me names such as:
"Autistic"
"Slow"
"Stupid prick"
And various other insults through his mic for doing absolutely nothing.
When I called him for disrespecting, I was kicked.
I rejoined and then was vote banned several times in a row:

Yeah. I think its hypocrisy for him to disrespect me when all I did was say things such as "rude" and I get punished. I think he shouldn't be exempt from the rules he is supposed to uphold and enforce.
